Nokia 1 rear panel images leak for the first time

Rumours of a Nokia 1 phone just recently hit the rumour mill in January and today we’re looking at alleged images of the rear of the device. Russian journalist Elder Murtazin, earlier in December tweeted that the Nokia 1 phone will arrive with Android Oreo (Go Edition). Android Oreo (Go Edition) or Android Go is a resource-friendly form of Android meant to run on low-specced devices. That is what the Nokia 1 is expected to be, an entry-level phone.

Coming to the leaked images, we’re looking at a rear panel of the device, if the leak is legit. There isn’t much to be talking about here. Moreover, the rear simply shows off a protruding single camera bump and no fingerprint sensor at the back. At the least, this leak strengthens rumours of the existence of the device.

What we do know from previous leaks is that it will sport an HD display, a Snapdragon 212, and a bare minimum 1 GB of RAM. Also, it is expected to be priced around Rs 6,000. Currently, there are other Google partners like Micromax who already are working on other such devices in India to launch this month. As for the Nokia 1, latest info says it will launch in March.
