HTC U11 EYEs is all set to be announced on the 15th of January, as confirmed by the manufacturer on their Weibo account. The Taiwanese manufacturer will be announcing the smartphone in three Asian countries, China, Hong Kong, and their home country, Taiwan.
The HTC U11 EYEs had leaked earlier as the HTC Ocean Harmony, which was then confirmed to carry the EYEs moniker by Evan Blass on twitter. The moniker does hint towards a camera centric smartphone. An earlier HTC smartphone with the Eye moniker, the Desire Eye, sported a massive front snapper. The press invite also sports a background that shows two camera lens, hinting towards a dual camera setup, either on the back or the front.
