It is no secret that the long-rumored Nokia 9 from HMD will see the light of the day at the MWC 2018, at least according to the prevailing rumors. Though the company is yet to officially send out media Invite to its press briefing, an official of the company through his Twitter handle has basically confirmed its company will be attending the conference.
HMD Global Chief Product Officer, Juho Sarvikas, via his twitter handle on behalf of the company apologized for the long silence, saying the company has been busy planning for the MWC 2018. The Chief product Officer hasn’t mentioned what will be unveiled in Barcelona; however, it promises to be awesome.

While we await confirmation from HMD Global, there have been speculations that the Nokia 9 which is expected to be powered by either the Snapdragon 835 or the newly unveiled SD 845 could be unveiled at the event. The event could also give birth to one or two low-end phones like the Nokia 1 with Android Go, the rumored Nokia 3310 4G edition and possibly the resurrection of the Nokia Aisha line of Nokia phones.
Whatever it is, this year’s MWC will be the second MWC HMD would be attending, so let’s hope for the best from the Company.
