Alcatel has re-organized its 2018 lineup of smartphones for more convenient naming to include the entry-level Alcatel 1 series, lower mid-range Alcatel 3 and the flagship Alcatel 5 series. while the Alcatel 3C already was unveiled in Italy a couple of days back, an Amazon France listing for the two of the upcoming Alcatel phones went live a couple of days back, confirming the devices will be unveiled on February 26th. Now, the full specifications of the Alcatel 5 have surfaced online confirming most of the specifications of the phone, including the pricing and designs.
Talking of the design, the Alcatel adopts the trendy bezel-free design, but Alcatel has implemented it in a kind of reverse manner. Unlike most bezel-free devices, Alcatel has decided to almost entirely starve the chin of bezel, while a chunk of it is concentrated on the top where the selfie camera and a couple of sensors reside.
