Samsung won’t officially unleash the upcoming Galaxy S9 and S9+ until February 25th, but we are not moved as we already know virtually everything about the duo, including the fact that intending buyers won’t have to wait much before they can get hold of the device as the waiting period will be shortened compared the Galaxy S8 duo which took about three weeks before it started shipping.

Just recently, we saw some leaked images of the upcoming devices in Coral blue and Purple Lilac – a first ever for the Galaxy S series. Now, we can confirm to you with pretty high certainty – that the Galaxy S9 duo will actually be available in those colors plus a black variant. That’s because a new leak from China’s Weibo has revealed an image showing all the aforementioned three colors as well as a new Silver color variant of the Samsung Galaxy S9 next to each other, with a rumor stating that these are the four “official” colors of Samsung’s new flagship.

Gizchina News of the week

As you can see from the image above, the Galaxy S9 having a single rear camera is shown in Black and choral blue color, while the plus-sized variant with a dual rear camera is shown in silver and Lilac purple color. Both S9 and S9+ are however speculated to be available in all four colors including the Midnight Black, Lilac Purple, Coral Blue, and the Silver/Titanium Gray color options.

Speaking of the Galaxy S9 and S9+. Both devices are expected to bear a striking resemblance to the Galaxy S8 duo, but with a slight change in design where the fingerprint scanner could find a comfortable position below the rear camera. The screen will likely be the same as the S8 duo, but will now be powered by QUALCOMM latest flagship SD 845 processor.
