Panasonic announces two new compact cameras, Lumix ZS200 and Lumix GX9


The world of professional photography has just received two new powerful contenders from Panasonic. The Japanese manufacturer has announced today a pair of new models to fill its lineup. The first is the Lumix ZS200 an one point and shoot of the 1-inch sensor variety. The other camera is called Lumix GX9 it’s a Macro Four Thirds with mirrorless interchangeable lens.

The Lumix ZS200 main characteristic is its 24-360mm equivalent zoom lens with 5x hybrid image stabilization. The camera has a 20.1MP sensor, with 1-inch type sensor that carries the Venus Engine processor and supports ISO 12,800. The ZS200 is capable of recording video footages up to 4K. Furthermore, the camera has a 0.21-inch 2330k dot EVF, Panasonic’s Fast Depth with 0,1 sec focusing time, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
