Seems the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S will launch sooner than the Xioami Mi 7. If the latter is set to be announced at MWC 2018 in a couple of weeks. But we are getting more leaks and rumors concerning the Mi MIX 2S rather than the annual flagship of the Chinese Apple. It’s said the full-screen technology will be enhanced in this model reaching up to 95% of screen ratio. That’s why it is promoted as a Full Screen 3.0. As you remember, the company published posters with a phrase of ‘Full Screen 2.0’ when launching the second-gen Mi MIX 2 to hint at the next level of the technology. Seems we have heard too much referring to its hardware, but there was no info on the camera it will come with. Today a leaked firmware document revealed the camera sensor it will be equipped with.

The early news said it will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chip based on a 10nm process node and paired with an 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. This phone has been known as Polaris, and when it leaked on an AnTuTu benchmark screenshot, we learned it scores around 270K. It will support 6 modes and 43 bands.
