France-based smartphone brand Alcatel has unveiled a new affordable tablet dubbed A3 10 in India. The 10-inch tablet is can be purchased for a price of Rs 6,999 at online portal Flipkart.
For that price tag, Alcatel gives Indian users a 10-inch HD IPS LCD display with HD resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The Wi-Fi only tablet is powered by a MediaTek MT8127 SoC which is assisted by 1 GB of RAM. Also, the Alcatel A3 10 has both a rear camera of 5MP and a front camera of 2 MP.

The Alcatel A3 10 has built-in 16GB of RAM but has a micro SD expansion slot for another 16GB. The battery of 4060mAh can be considered adequate for the 10 HD display.
As for connectivity options, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, FM Radio, and 3.5mm audio jack are all in store. As we said earlier, it doesn’t have mobile connectivity. The tablet runs Android Nougat out of the box.
Alcatel also recently launched the POP4 10 4G tablet priced at Rs 10,999 in India. As the name suggests, it comes with 4G capability and will be sold on Flipkart.
Alcatel also has a number of new smartphones lined up for MWC 2018 as well all of which have leaked online extensively. The said handsets Alcatel 3V, Alcatel 5, and Alcatel 1x cater to different segments of buyers.
