The Nokia 8 Sirocco is expected to be announced at the Mobile World Congress 2018. As of today, the peeps at Concept Creator have showcased a concept render of the phone bearing name of the Mediterranean wind. To be honest it does look like something that’s worth spending that extra buck on.

The design takes the best of all that is available in the market. The body is a combination of metal and glass/ceramic. The build seems solid thanks to the robust candy bar shape of the Nokia 8 Sirocco. The front sports a full screen display which will no doubt have an 18:9 aspect ratio. On the top bezel lies a dual camera setup complementing the dual camera setup on the back which is Zeiss branded. The fingerprint scanner lies right below the rear camera. A 3.5mm jack sits on the top while a USB type-C port sits on the bottom, flanked by the speaker and microphone grill. Advertised, are three different colours, black, purple and black with orange accent.
HMD Global filed a trademark application for the name Nokia 8 Sirocco just a few weeks back, making this phone as official as it can be. There’s no report whether the Sirocco will see a global release or if it will just be a limited edition phone. Stay tuned!
