The device with model number SM-T835 is confirmed to have a 16:10 aspect ratio, as per the test info. However, the resolution is revealed as 800 x 1200 pixels compared to GFXbench resolution of 2560 x 1600. Moreover, it showed a 10.5-inch display. Obviously, there’s no mention of screen size on the HTML5 test. The Tab S3 had a different 4:3 aspect ratio as did its predecessor.Further, the Galaxy Tab S3 had a 9.7-inch display with a resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels. The new aspect ratio in the Tab S4 should deliver an enjoyable multimedia experience.

The HTML5 test does say the device is running Android 8.0 Oreo. The tablet running Android 8.0 Oreo may be a hint that it would launch in the first half of 2018. That’s because Samsung is pegged to ship Android 8.1 Oreo in the second half of 2018 with devices like the Galaxy Note 9. Other rumoured features of the Galaxy Tab S4 include a Snapdragon 835 chip, 4GB of RAM, and at least 64GB of storage.
