Xiaomi Invites Redmi 5, Redmi 5 Plus, & Redmi Note 5 Pro Users For MIUI 9 Global Beta Testing

Xiaomi is currently recruiting beta testers for MIUI 9 Global Beta ROM and this was announced via MIUI forum. Interested participants will have to satisfy some salient requirements. For starters, you will have to own a  Redmi 5, Redmi 5 Plus, or Redmi Note 5 Pro. Do not worry about your region because this is a Global beta testing and it is open to all regions. Other important requirements are

1. Communication language is English
2. You must have the QQ app for communication
3. Must be running the latest MIUI Global Developer ROM
4. Active participation on the MIUI forum
5. Fair knowledge about ROMs
6. Good communication with other testers

This application expires on the 1st of March by 11:59 pm (Beijing Time). Successful applicants will be sent a Forum PM. To apply, you will have to download the MIUI app from Play Store but if you already have the app, simply select “recruitment” on the homepage and fill in your details. Please note that this is a beta version and there may be loads of bugs which you are expected to report.
