Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus Hands-On from MWC

As everybody and their dog knows, the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus are now official. We checked out the phone at their booth so here are our first impressions.

The Samsung S9 Plus, as you probably already know, doesn’t differ much from its predecessor. The main differences are the dual camera setup on the back accompanied by a fingerprint scanner below them, which is how it should have been on the Note 8.

Samsung also slightly reduced the bezels around the display, making it more appealing than ever. In addition to that we also find 6GB of RAM; the perfect amount for a real flagship in 2018.

Another best selling feature on the S9 Plus is its main rear camera that now features a variable aperture that works at both F/1.5 and F/2.4. The aperture will switch automatically according to the environment you shoot photos or videos in.

Finally, the smartphone packs a good 3500mAh battery and supports fast wireless charging.

Here’s our hands-on video directly from MWC.
