Samsung launches €849 Galaxy S9 and A8 Enterprise Edition in Germany

Following the Global launch of the Galaxy S9 and S9+ at the MWC 2018 a few days back, Samsung has today introduced a special variant of the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy A8 in Germany. Sto add security to sensitive information and make it easier for IT to work with.

Available in the hybrid dual SIM forms, both devices will be augmented with three-year licenses for Knox Configure (Dynamic Edition) and the Enterprise Firmware Over-The-Air service (E-FOTA on MDM) allowing an administrator to remotely and selectively install firmware updates as well as scheduled updates.

Samsung says both devices are entitled to two years of warranty, with the Galaxy S9 Enterprise Edition is tipped to receive three years of monthly security updates and quarterly updates for the fourth year, while the Galaxy A8 Enterprise Edition is limited to monthly security updates for three years.

The flagship Samsung Galaxy S9 Enterprise Edition will cost €849 (~$1050) in Germany and is set to be available from April, while the Galaxy A8 Enterprise Edition goes for about €499 (~$550) with pre-order already in progress.

    It’s “only” 850€ , so cheap
