Xiaomi To Open Its First Airport Mi Store On March 10


When Xiaomi started about seven years ago, the company concentrated on online sales pattern. However, a few years ago, Xiaomi ventured into the traditional sales pattern of opening physical Mi stores. So far, it has hundreds of Mi stores in China and even in other countries around the world. Earlier today, Xiaomi announced that it will be opening its first shop in an airport on March 10. This Mi store will be opened at the Shenzhen Baoan Airport and the detailed address is Shenzhen Baoan Airport T3 Terminal F4 departure lounge (check-in island E rear).

Similarly, other Mi stores will be opened concomitantly such as Changsha Wanjiali shop, Jiaozuo Wanda Plaza shop, Jinzhou beautiful future shop, Yu City, and Peak City Square store. Xiaomi’s president, Lin Bin, said that Xiaomi’s mode of operation is able to support this physical stores because of the high sales, while the rent is fixed. Xiaomi Mi store is one of the most visited in the world and its only second to Apple store.
