We are but just a month and a half away from the pegged launch of the Meizu 15 series. The lineup includes the Meizu 15, Meizu 15 Lite and Meizu 15 Plus which has been confirmed by the listings on Android.com.
Meizu 15 Specs
The Meizu 15 seems to have a full screen display but the bezels are still there, and quite thick as compared to phones we have been looking at recently. On the bottom bezel sits the circular fingerprint scanner while on the top bezel is the front camera. It features a 5.5-inch display that seems like it will have an 18:9 aspect ratio but nothing can be said as if now. It holds 4GB of RAM and comes in two memory variants, 64GB and 128GB. The listed device shows Android 7.1.1 as the OS version and it would be rellresad if there were no oreo at the time of launch.
Gizchina News of the week
Meizu 15 Lite
Pretty much same in design as its sibling, the 15 Lite differs in the memory variants which are 32GB and 64GB. Guessing from the name, it might be a toned down version of the 15. Probably with a slower processor and a mid range price tag.
Meizu 15 Plus
The only difference here is the size and the display size. The 15 Plus is a legit phablet with a 6-inch display. It too has 64GB and 128GB ariants like the 15 and has 4GB of RAM.
Honestly speaking, I was expecting a bigger shift in design than this for an anniversary edition lineup of phones. Maybe Meizu can cover up what they lack in design in the software and hardware department. The 15 series will be launching in April as a part of Meizu’s 15th Anniversary.
