Umidigi A1 Pro Coming with Latest MT6739 SoC & Real Dual Camera Setup

UMIDIGI just released pretty much all the info we needed to know about the upcoming UMIDIGI A1 Pro. If you were waiting for a really interesting budget phone then stick around to learn more about this device!

So, let’s begin with the internals, which is what most of you guys are probably interested in. The UMIDIGI A2 Pro is set to arrive with the new MediaTek MT6739 SoC along with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage (expandable). The handset will feature what we can call an averagely sized 5.5-inch SHARP display sporting an 18:9 aspect ratio and HD+ resolution.

Camera wise, we’re getting a 13MP+5MP rear combo with F/2.0 aperture that should take advantage of the more advanced CPU for dual camera setups, meanwhile on the front we find a 5MP selfie shooter.

Other specs include a good sized (for the form factor) 3150mAh capacity battery which supports 5V2A quick charge and can be filled via the USB Type-C port at the bottom. Finally, the smartphone will be running Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.

Overall, the UMIDIGI A1 Pro is looking out to be a really exciting option for those on a tight budget, sporting a decent CPU, two rear cameras and an USB Type-C port. Will that be enough to beat the competition? We’ll only know when pricing will be revealed!
