Samsung has added an updated Galaxy J7 prime 2 on its Indian website without any announcements whatsoever. The device is more or less like the Galaxy J7 prime, with a few structural differences and a couple of advanced internals.
Available in Black and Champagne Gold version, the Galaxy J7 prime 2 is encased in a metallic shell measuring 151.7 x 75 x 8 mm, and at 170 g, the new device retains the same battery capacity of its predecessor – a 3300mAh battery which can boast of Up to 84hrs of music playback on a single charge.
It runs on Android Marshmallow OS out of the box, with support for various connectivity options including Bluetooth 4, 802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz, Wi-Fi direct and more.

DOA this phone is just old stuff repacked. Samsung has given up on its low mid range, and gifted to Xiaomi in India.
