Xiaomi Blackshark Looks Like a Handheld Game Console

Needless to say if these are not removable this is more than stupid.

I mean as a smartphone.

As a direct switch competitor it is fine I guess.

Whose thinking about the conceptual look of gaming smartphone & it pretty much comes up to a similar looks but mine imagine one is more fat with larger DSLR like grips on both sides, joystick is the same & top buttons… How ever my concept is different as it would have 3 parts. Two plastic ones on both sides packing two batteries & other small controls parts while central one would be a three plates heat spread direct central one on the SoC with two heat pipes one to each side to one of the plates while circuit board would pack other SoC peripherals under (NAND, RAM…) under those vertical heat spread side plates. Different choice of materials between side & central cooling part would help improve both natural feel & grip while it would also conduct less heat. This way at least 5W thermal headroom envelope could be reached sustainable (which is twice as much compared to the today standard solutions). Batteries are still a biggest problem as they would had to be a huge capacity one’s but that is not a problem problem is they are heavy so let’s say cooler pared with 2x 5Ah batteries (100 grams each and everything else & you are already at 300~350 grams which in this case should be a upper limit as if it would be heavier it would be really uncomfortable for long holding in hands at least weight balance would remain good. I know 300~350 grams sounds like much but after all their is a lot of over the ear headphones without similar weight. Funny thing is I never even thought about where to put rare camera. Now when mentioned I would probably put two of those on edges between side parts and cooling plates so that it can operate as stereo topic cam & remains good for mixed classical reality and completely new dimension of true mixed 3D VR-AR. Those are basics. Display should stay 6″ 2K 16:9 Amoled so that it still can be heald normally in landscape with one hand & remains big enough for conformable use & to fit to VR glasses. S845 ain’t exactly the best design for a gaming nor a VR, actually it’s rather bad design however you put it but that’s entirely another topic.
