Smartisan Nut 3 To Come With 7.16mm Thickness And Large Battery

Smartisan Nuts 2

We know the next-gen Smartisan Nut 3 will debut on April 9. Seems we have heard too much about the forthcoming model. But when trying to put next to each other everything we have got about this handset, we understand WE REALLY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING. There are a few assumptions concerning its screen, processor, memory, and pricing. But none of those rumors have been leaked or confirmed yet. So we only know Smartisan will announce a new smartphone in a few days that is aiming at younger customers. What this means in reality still remains unknown. However, today, the company sent out a poster with the countdown of 3 days. Plus, it provided a few numbers hinting at some features of the upcoming model.

According to the poster, the Smartisan Nut 3 will have a thickness of 7.16mm only. Moreover, it should weight 137 grams. Combining these two specs we can say it will use a quite slim body. Seems nothing strange with this announcement. But there is another number of 35 hours. This should refer to the battery life. If so, it means the manufacturer has broken a bone.

We mean, if looking at the current models, none of them comes with such a thickness and a large capacity battery. 35 hours is day and a half. To provide such a long lasting life, the battery should come with a capacity of 4500mAh, at least. There is another assumption – maybe the manufacturer has made great enhancements to the software.

Well, these questions require answers that we will get in a few days. Meanwhile, the Smartisan Nut 3 is said to sport an 18:9 screen with a fingerprint scanner on the bottom, a Snapdragon 636 chip 12MP dual-camera, 4GB of RAM, 32/64/128GB of native storage, and it should cost 1599/1799/1999 yuan.
