Cubot Nova to Bring a New Entry-Level UX with its MTK6739 SoC

Cubot Nova

The Mediatek MT6739 is a very interesting smartphone processor. That’s because it uses a quad core Cortex-A53 design with a maximum frequency of up to 1.5GHz and a PowerVR GE8100 570MHz GPU supporting 18:9 1440 x 720 screens, which is the kind of displays we now find on pretty much any new device. Plus it also supports dual SIM dual 4 VoLTE, all of that while still being very affordable.

The next smartphone we’ll be seeing with such chip is the Cubot Nova. The handset is indeed set to be a really affordable device with an 18:9 display, bringing the pleasant experience of using a full-screen phone at a fraction of the cost. As we previously mentioned, it also supports 4G connectivity on both SIMs which is a win for the price segment.
