In recent times, we have seen a couple of leaks and speculations with respect to the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 9. However, a new tweet from @evleaks (Evan Blass) shows that the codename for this flagship smartphone is “crown”. This name befits a smartphone dubbed to be the King of Samsung’s 2018 smartphone lineup. There are still a lot of dotted lines to be connected with respect to this device but we know that it will touch down earlier than expected. An on-screen fingerprint sensor wouldn’t be a surprise but nothing has been confirmed for now.

From previous reports, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will be powered by Snapdragon 845 SoC or Exynos 9810 chipset coupled with not less than 6GB of RAM along with 128GB of internal storage. It will be equipped with a huge 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display, with an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. In the camera department, we will probably have a 12MP +12MP dual rear camera setup with an 8MP selfie snapper. The lights of this smartphone would be kept on by a 4,000mAh battery.
