The new Xperia-line flagships were announced at the MWC. The Sony Xperia XZ2 and its sibling have already managed to launch in Hong Kong and Europe. Today, the original models landed in China. As usual, JingDong was the first to host the Xperia XZ2. It’s gone on pre-sale at 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, the price tag has not been revealed yet.
Though many customers think the new Xperia-series smartphones won’t succeed, we have to state they are true flagships capable of providing excellent performance. On the back, it as a 3D curved glass, while in the middle the phone uses a metal frame. There are few color options including a Liquid Black, Liquid Silver, Deep Green, and Ash Pink.
As for configuration, the Sony Xperia XZ2 sports a 5.7-inch full-screen with a 2160 × 1080 resolution, a Snapdragon 845 processor, 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, 3180mAh battery, and Android 8.0 out of the box. The Xperia line models have been known for their strong camera capabilities. The XZ2 is no exception. It is packed with a single-camera of a 19MP resolution, 5-axis image stabilization support, 4K HDR video recording ability at 960fps (ultra-slow motion video).
