Recent reports had claimed that HMD Global will host a launch event in China later this Month. There is the general belief that the company might be unveiling a refreshed Nokia X from 2014 or the flagship Nokia X/ Nokia 10. Now, with only a few days until the event in China, a new report has emerged claiming that neither of the devices mentioned above will be unveiled, instead, the company would unleash the Nokia X6 – device that will continue the legacy of the Nokia X series.

The Nokia X6 as per available information will bridge the gap between the Nokia 6 and Nokia 7 plus. It is expected to feature a 5.8-inch bezel-free display with 19:9 aspect. The device according to report will come in two variants – depending on the chipset. A variant is supposed come with a Meditek P60 coupled with 4GB RAM, while the second could be powered by the SD 636 with 6GB RAM.
On the flip side, the Nokia X6 is tipped to come with a vertical dual-camera setup of unknown configuration, but the lenses are said to have been engineered Carl Zeiss lenses. , and will come with camera functions such as professional mode. The device will no doubt run Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box and will come with 1599 yuan and 1799 yuan price tags.
