The Nokia X is all set to be unveiled today. Hours before the same, it has leaked in all its glory. The pictures are courtesy of a store in China getting ready for the unveiling today.
Nokia’s first phone with a notch
Let’s take a look at what’s in store. The Nokia X has a full screen display with a notch which houses the earpiece, front camera and other sensors on the top with the Nokia logo sitting on the chin. On the back sits a vertically aligned dual camera setup coupled with an LED flash. Right below the cameras sits the fingerprint scanner. The back seems to be made of glass with plastic running around the corners. The 3.5mm headphone jack sits on the top left corner of the frame.
Gizchina News of the week
If recent reports are to be believed, the Nokia X will be a mid ranger powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset coupled with 6GB RAM, or the Helio P60 chipset coupled with 4GB RAM depending upon the market. Apart from this, the X is speculated to sport a similar dual camera configuration as the Nokia 7 Plus. Apart from this, there’s not a lot known about the upcoming smartphone. It was about a week ago that we first heard about the smartphone. Looks like Nokia wanted to keep this under the wraps as much as possible.
