Leaked: LG G7 ThinQ Real-Life Images

The LG G7 ThinQ has leaked yet again, this time in real life images. The renders corroborate with the earlier reports, now giving us a definitive look at the upcoming LG flagship. The photos have appeared a day before the stipulated launch on May 2.

The G7 ThinQ features a full-screen display with a notch that is hidden in the photo thanks to the “New Second Screen” option which was a feature reported last week. The front has significantly thin bezels to allow for a longer display and a higher aspect ratio. The back on this one is going to be glossy and a fingerprint magnet. There is a vertically aligned dual camera setup that sits right above the fingerprint scanner. As was the case with earlier reports, the LG G7 ThinQ has an extra physical button apart from the volume and power control buttons.

Gizchina News of the week

LG had already confirmed that the G7 ThinQ will sport a 6.1-inch IPS Super Bright display with a 3120 x 1440p resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The LG flagship is expected to sport the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Powering the phone should be a 3000mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 4.0. The specifics of the cameras are not known but they are expected to be 16MP modules with the primary one sporting a f/1.6 aperture.

The LG G7 ThinQ is all set to be launched tomorrow, May 2nd, so stay tuned for more!

I would have been happier with a 3500 mAh battery. Users have been complaining about LG’s modest battery life and small batteries ever since the G3 but LG doesn’t seem to be listening. Maybe that’s one reason why their devices don’t sell very well.
