The HTC U12+ is all set to be unveiled on the 3rd of May as says the teaser that was posted on HTC’s Twitter account. The U12+ has made a few appearances in previous weeks. Although the poster does not feature the actual phone, it does throw a light upon what might be in store.

Gizchina News of the week
The poster shows all the components that make up a smartphone. If we are to speculate, the spare parts belong to the HTC U12+. And if that’s the case, there’s a quad-camera setup in tow, two on the front and two on the back. The hybrid sim card tray is proof of expandable memory and dual SIM usage. There’s a battery unit that’s significantly large which can be expected of the alleged 3420mAh battery.
According to previous reports, the U12+ will feature a 5.99-inch LCD display with a 2960 x 1440p resolution. Powering the flagship will be Snapdragon 845 chipset coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of on board storage. Android 8.0, Oreo is expected to be a part of the phone out of the box.
The Twitter post boasts of a phone that is more than its specs. “Coming Soon. A phone that is more than the sum of its specs.” If they are hinting at the price of the U12+ by that remark, it’s probably gonna hit the roof.
