Back in February the OUKITEL U18 pulled off the feat of being the first iPhone X clone from a reliable brand. It delivered all the expected things and more, the notched screen, large battery capacity and pretty affordable price, so the customer feedback pretty much exceeded expectation for the makers. So no wonder they are trying to repeat the success with yet another similar piece, the upcoming OUKITEL U19.
OUKITEL U19 will be once again the notched display phone with a glassy back and the notch itself should contain information like time, battery levels and SIM card info. The screen will be apparently not 18:9 as stated on the initial poster, but 19:9 according to the stated 1512×720 pixel resolution. On the back of the phone we can also clearly see the dual lens vertically aligned cameras and a fingerprint scanner. After all take a look at the following first look video.
Gizchina News of the week
As for the hardware side of things the phone will be equipped with the quad-core MT6739 chipset coupled with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. The battery capacity will be 3600 mAh, which is quite good considering the efficient budget processor. System-wise it will have Android 8.1 Oreo on board right away, which is again a piece of good news. OUKITEL U19 should come to the market by the end of May with a price tag of roughly $100, so if you are looking for a very affordable iPhone X clone, this should be it.
