HMD Global as promised has just launched the Nokia 6.1 – the 2018 refresh of Nokia 6 in India. The Nokia 6 (2018) was first announced globally at the MWC, and was a few days ago unveiled in Mr.Trump realm as the Nokia 6.1, but still packing same specs, features as well as the same designs.
While it is based on the Android One platform with decent-but-not-overly-impressive-specs, the Nokia 6.1 does stand out of the crowd with a decent price tag and a fancy, copper-accented design that differentiates it from its closest rivals.

Speaking of specifications, the Nokia 6.1 features a 5.5-inch display with the standard 16:9 aspect ratio and 1920×1080 resolution. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor coupled with 4GB RAM and 32GB storage. The device comes fitted with a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, dual-tone LED flash, and a ZEISS optics, while a 8-megapixel front-facing camera sits above the display. The device features a rear fingerprint sensor, and it is tipped to get the face unlock feature through OTA update in Q2.
Much like the Nokia 7 Plus, Nokia 8 Sirocco, and Android One Moto X4, the Nokia 6.1 is based on Google’s Android One OS with no trace of any Nokia-specific UI overlays.
The phone is now available in India in Black, Gold, and Copper color options, exclusively on Amazon India for Rs 18,999 and Rs 16,740 for the 4GB + 64GB and 3GB RAM options respectively.
