Moto G6 and G6 Play to land in India soon, teaser reveals

Lenovo-owned Motorola, at a press event in Brazil, launched the budget Moto G6, G6 Plus, and Moto G6 play a couple of weeks back. Expectations are that the devices will make it to some other countries including India. Now, the brand Indian arm via a twitter teaser video has announced the launch of the new  Moto G series smartphones in the country, but hey, do not get too excited, as it appears the company won’t bring the most sophisticated of the trio to the Indian Market.

According to the short video tweets, the brand is gearing up to launch just the Moto G6 and Moto G6 Play in India in the shortest possible time, leaving the Moto G6 plus behind. While we are not sure when the G6 plus will come to the market, the company provides no details about the launch date of the Moto G6 and G6 play in India, but however asked those who are interested to register on motog6.in.

All moto G6 devices share the same design that looks much like last year’s Moto X4 with curved Gorilla Glass rears. All three devices come with 18:9 screens, front-facing fingerprint readers, get different camera configuration coupled with LED flashes for their selfie cams and boot Android 8.0 Oreo in its purest state.
