The Moto G6 has been launched in China under the moniker Moto 1S. The G6 was introduced last month along with the G6 Play and the G6 Plus. Whether the other two variants will hit the Chinese shore is not yet known. The Moto G6 is the successor to the G5 from last year. The G series is known for their great price to performance ratio and the Moto 1S seems like it will follow in the steps of its predecessors.
Moto 1S Design and Specifications
The Moto 1S is just a renamed G6 so the design and specs stay the same. The 1S sports a 5.7-inch FHD+ IPS display with a 2160 x 1080p resolution translating to 427 pixels per inch and an 18:9 aspect ratio. As compared to its predecessor, the screen on the 1S takes up a lot of space up front. The fingerprint scanner sitting on the bottom has been shrunk in width. The 8MP camera sensor sits right above the display along with the dedicated LED flash and earpiece which doubles up as a speaker. The power and volume keys sit on the right side of the frame.
