In case you haven’t been keeping track, Alcatel makes some superb Android devices that are keenly priced. Back at the MWC earlier in the year, it unveiled a couple of smartphones that fit into the Alcatel 1 Series, 3 Series, and 5 series.
The Alcatel 3V comprises the Alcatel 3, 3C, 3V and 3X, and are all similar-looking phones, with almost the specs, but differ in display sizes and a few other internals. Now, the largest of the Alcatel 3 series – named the Alcatel 3V with a large 6″ display has just arrived the shores of India.
The device goes on Sale in India from May 31 exclusively on Flipkart at about at Rs. 9999/ $148. At that price point, the device will be competing fiercely with the like of the Redmi Note 5 from Xiaomi. See launch offers below:

The 3V highlights a metal-and-glass build, a large 18:9 display, a dual rear camera setup, and a front flash. It flaunts a 6-inch display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratio. Under its hood is the MediaTek MT8735A quad-core CPU coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage, expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
It gets a 12-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture, phase detection autofocus and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor at the rear, while a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash sits above the display for selfies.
Powered by a 3,000mAh battery, the Alcatel 3V boots Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box with full connectivity options including WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS and 4G LTE.
