Xiaomi Mi 8 to be initially available to these 8 countries!

Xiaomi is more than ready to launch their next flagship model and by now I guess that all of you know about it. The Xiaomi Mi 8 flagship is just around the… corner, waiting until the special launch event of the 31st of May and until that day we learn everything there’s to know about it.

Gizchina News of the week

Take for example today’s leak that shows the main package of the device – that is basically confirming most of its technical specifications. But wait, there’s more today, as a new official poster (presumably) was posted to Xiaomi Reddit, revealing the 8 countries (apart from China) that are getting the device on the first batch of its global launch.

The poster shows 8 monuments of the aforementioned countries, thus revealing their names as you can see:

  • Egypt
  • Spain
  • India
  • Italy
  • Thailand
  • Russia
  • Vietnam
  • France

Note that this is the first time a true flagship model of the Chinese company is scheduled to go live to 8 countries globally, and this means a lot for Xiaomi. Will they succeed in supplying all these markets at the same time?

Who knows? Only time will tell. Don’t forget, the Mi 8 is scheduled to be unveiled officially on the 31st of May. Stay tuned 😉

Good move by Xiaomi. It was about time to go global considering their growing foreign fan base (me included).
