Follow the Microwear L3 launches last month, the Chinese wearables makes is not back with another smart watch – the Microwear L2. Albeit counter intuitive, the L2 is not a downgraded L3, but instead a completely different device; let’s learn more about it.
The Microwear L2 is a classy looking IP68 waterproof smart watch with multiple sports support. Microwear’s smart watch is equipped a MediaTek MTK2502 chipset which powers a 1.3-inch IPS 240×240 full round display.
Being a Bluetooth smart watch, the Microwear L2 can be connected to your smartphone to show notifications for calls, SMS, Facebook messages, Twitter and more. It can also be used to control your camera remotely as well as controlling your music player.
Microwear’s smart watch comes with multiple sport modes, steps, calories and distance counting. There’s an heart rate monitor to keep track of your health, a sedentary reminder to notify you when you should get moving; meanwhile the sleep monitor will analyse your sleeping habits and suggest you how to get the most out of your time in bed.
The Microwear L2 is IP68 waterproof rated, which means you can use it for 30 minutes under 1.5 meters of water without the smart watch getting damaged. Finally, the watch is powered by a built-in 380MAH Li-ion battery for up to 3 days of autonomy.
