Xiaomi’s Redmi S2 is probably one of the best budget phones Xiaomi has made this year. And it is heading to Spain. The handset launched in China last month, followed by a launch in India in the guise of the Redmi Y2. It has a 179 Euro price tag in Spain. However, it is not yet available. Potential buyers can register their interest by going to Mi Spain stores.

The Redmi S2 packs a 5.99-inch HD+ display and has an 18:9 aspect ratio. It also features a powerful Snapdragon 625 chip that Xiaomi has been relying upon heavily. The Redmi S2 of Spain will be available in a 3GB + 32GB variant.
The Redmi S2 is, of course, all about the camera. It has a 16MP front sensor and a 12MP + 5MP rear setup. As per Xiaomi, this the best budget camera device they have ever made.
The Redmi S2 also comes with a 3,080mAh battery and a fingerprint reader on the back. It can accommodate dual SIMs and the Spanish version also works with LTE bands 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 20, 38, and 40. It will be available in Dark Gray, Gold, and Pink.
