OnePlus has a lot riding on its latest flagship and it is a key product that has seen a lot of traction both in Asia and other regions including Europe. OnePlus has been marketing it better than ever and it looks like their efforts have paid off. The company announced yesterday via its Twitter handle that the OnePlus 6 is the fastest seller in its entire portfolio.
The notch-ed flagship from the budding Chinese phone maker was sold 1 million times in 22 days. To put in perspective, the OnePlus 5 or even the OnePlus 5T took 90 days to reach the same milestone. Still, the OnePlus 6 is the most expensive OnePlus device to date. It retails for $529 for the base 6GB + 64GB variant, while $579 can net you the 8GB + 128GB model. The top-end model with 8GB + 256GB combo costs even higher at $629. Even then, this is a bargain compared to what Samsung charges for the Galaxy S9 and S9+.
