Second Batch Of Xiaomi Mi 8 Hit The Market Today

Xiaomi Mi 8

On May 31, Xiaomi released the Xiaomi Mi 8 flagship in Shenzhen. This smartphone is hardly in-stock so many buyers have to rely on third-party retailers to own this device. Now, the second official sale of this smartphone took-off by 10:00 this morning. You can now make reservations for this smartphone and the 6GB+64GB version is priced at 2699 yuan ($422) while the 6GB+128GB will sell for 3299 Yuan ($469). You can get this smartphone on Mi Mall and Xiaomi Youpin for the launch price. However, if you don’t have access to these stores or your Chinese is bad like mine, then you may want to check on other big Chinese stores like Banggood (6GB + 64GB – $569.99) or Geekbuying (6GB + 64GB – $549.99).

Went to a Mi store yesterday and no stock. That fast! Online stores here add about 400 RMB to the SRP. Will just wait for the next batch in hopefully within two weeks.
