Xiaomi has been quite busy this new week. Just yesterday, the company released a colourful 10L backpack, Xiaomi Mi router 4Q, an emergency fire extinguishing bottle and it crowdfunding listed a HIMO new electric bicycle. Now, Xiaomi’s crowdfunding has listed an Acton Smart Electric Skateboard For 999 Yuan ($155). This product is currently on Xiaomi Youpin. This product is expected to ship on July 31st and you can either make a full payment or give a $1 support.

The Acton Smart Electric Skateboard is designed with an aviation-grade aluminum alloy coupled with a Canadian maple wood. Its length is 70cm, width 20cm, height 13.5cm, weighs 5Kg and has a bearing capacity of 100Kg thus it is designed for both teenagers and adults. It’s easy to use, unlike traditional skateboards that require long-term practice. It supports multiple accelerations, speed and brake settings which makes it convenient even for a novice.
The ACTON smart electric skateboard is equipped with a 500W brushless DC hub motor and it has a maximum speed of over 22.5KM/h. It can be washed up to 15% of the slope and the Built-in Samsung 18650 batteries (ten of them) supports a 12 kilometers lifespan. It takes only 90 minutes for a full charge. In addition, ACTON smart electric skateboard also has ERS energy recovery system which supports wireless intelligent remote control, and a full range of LED lights.
The ACTON smart electric skateboard will be shipped by Acton (Changzhou) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and it will also provide the after-sales service.
What is the website for preorder?
Like we mentioned in the post, the product is available on Xiaomi Youpin. The problem is Youpin only ships within China so those who needs it globally will have to exercise some patience and get it from third-party stores.
this news seams completely fake. this is the blink s2 from acton so i really don’t understand how it is possible. it’s exactly the same board.
According to specs it’s S1, but even this model is $350 on Acton website.
