Samsung already has a premium Galaxy Tab S4 high up on the launch list. It could launch with the Galaxy Note 9 but here’s another one that has just emerged through leaked manuals. The Galaxy Tab Advanced 2 support material was found in Korean language but specs have still managed to seep out into the English language.
The Galaxy Tab Advanced 2, is, by all means, a mid-ranger like the Tab A series. It has a 10-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200p. The aspect ratio of the display is 16:10. As per the manual, the dimensions are like this – 250.4 x 166.2 x 8.5 mm while weight is 525g. The Tab Advanced2 runs a not very advanced Exynos 7870 chipset which we’re familiar with already. It’s an octa-core CPU clocked at 1.6GHz and has a Mali-T830 GPU. It also supports dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2.
Gizchina News of the week
The Galaxy Tab Advanced 2 supports USB Type-C, a micro SD, and a 3.5mm headphone jack as seen in the manual images. It also has Dolby Atmos and a bunch of Samsung’s proprietary apps like Bixby Home, Samsung Flow, and SmartThings app. Some details are still blank like the RAM, exact camera megapixels, and battery.
Samsung already has concrete plans to launch the Galaxy Tab S4 in the near future, and after the manual leak, the Galaxy Tab Advanced 2 should also be added to that list. However, we can at least say that it will launch in Korea early.
