The Chinese smartphone market is surging. And emerging tech companies have rapidly occupied a high ground of the hardware market by virtue of the rise of the Internet. The traditional electrical appliance giant Gree has announced it will design smartphones as well. However, when they launched a few models, the market didn’t feel their existence at all. The Gree smartphones didn’t get any attention. In recent days, a new Gree handset leaked on the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology photos and documents. Seems, it is the Gree Mobile 3 rumored earlier.
Not surprisingly, the Gree Mobile 3 adopts a full-screen design. After the elimination of the physical Home button, the screen share improved a lot. On the chin, we can see the Gree’s Logo. On the back, it should be using glass. The dual-camera and fingerprint recognition are arranged from top to bottom.
Gizchina News of the week
According to the data coming our way from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Gree Mobile 3 uses a 5.99-inch 18:9 display. The CPU is clocked at 2.4GHz and is paired with two memory combinations of 4/6GB and 64/128GB. The front camera has an 8MP resolution, while the back camera uses a 12MP + 5MP sensors combination. The battery capacity is 3160mAh. And the phone runs on Android 7.1.2 operating system.
All these features hint we are dealing with a classic mid-range or even low-end smartphone with trendy features. This also means the Gree Mobile 3 should be priced affordably. Otherwise, it won’t have any chances against beasts such as Xiaomi, Lenovo, Meizu, and others. Unfortunately, there is no information concerning the pricing. But as the phone has passed TENAA, we can expect for new leaks in coming days.
