While Fans of the Galaxy Note series of smartphones, and indeed the entire tech world are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Galaxy Note 9, fresh reports suggest the South Korean giant could be cooking a new device specifically for the Indian market. Reports reaching us say the brand is working on an online-only smartphone featuring the company’s own infinity display.
According to reports, the device in question could be launched as a member of its Galaxy On series which are exclusively only available in India via online channels. To compete well in the Indian market, Samsung sells some of its existing phones in the market with a slightly lower price tag under the Galaxy On branding.

The upcoming phone whose name as of now is yet to be ascertained is believed to be a Galaxy J6 smartphone, under the guise of the on Phone branding It will reportedly be unveiled in the first week of July, and in addition to the Infinity display is expected to come with the homegrown Exynos SoC, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
Further specs info, features, and release date haven’t been revealed, but to counter the growing competition online in India, Samsung will have to stuff the device well enough, while also attaching affordable price tags.
