There have already been tons of rumors relating to the specs and even design of the Galaxy Note 9, but now we have got a very big and somewhat reliable information regarding the Note 9 from Eldar Murtazin – a well-known veteran in the industry, with a track record of leaks relating to Samsung’s products. He claimed to have had a quality time in the US with a pre-production of the upcoming Galaxy Note 9 during which he was able to evaluate the device in general. Like we already know, Samsung will ship on the Qualcomm variant to South Korea and the US, while other markets will get the variant with Samsung’s own Exynos SoC. According to the source, the Note 9 will get a variant with 8GB/512GB RAM/storage option as earlier rumored, while there will be a base variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and a higher one with 8GB/256GB.
As expected, the Russian Journalist revealed that the Note 9 will retain the Note 8’s dual-lens camera system, but with improved performance having a lens with variable aperture, improved low-light photography, and better optical image stabilization (OIS). He also reiterates that the Note 9 will get the Super AMOLED screen with better sunlight visibility and an upgraded AlwaysOn Display functionality.
He also mentioned that Samsung may have reworked the S Pen with various work modes that will likely appeal to business users. the leak mentions Bluetooth support and the ability to unlock the device remotely.
