Meizu M816Q Gets Certified – Is this the Meizu X8?

Meizu 17

At the time of writing, Meizu still didn’t officially announce when and where they’re going to launch the upcoming Meizu 16 flagship. That said, Meizu Technology’s founder – Huang Zhang – made it pretty clear that the smartphones (Meizu 16 and 16 Plus) are going to go on sale before the end of August.

Meanwhile, as we previously reported, a device with model name M882Q appeared on the Chinese radio transmission model approval list, that phone is suspected to be the Meizu 16 as an earlier smartphone from Meizu carried the name M811Q. Today, was instead the time of the M816Q model, which is very likely to be the next Meizu X8 mid-range killer.

Huang Zhang has already revealed that the X8 will be on the stage alongside the Meizu 16 series, thus giving us the almost certainty that the just certified phone is indeed the Meizu X8.
