Samsung is apparently making a renewed push into delivering a Galaxy Note 9 with the biggest S Pen upgrade ever. For quite some time now, rumors have been swirling around of a Galaxy Note 9 coming with a stylus S Pen that will support long-range wireless connection, via Bluetooth support, and now, we are faced with the biggest evidence that validates such those murmurs.
Just as it as cleared the unlocked Galaxy Note 9 with SD 845 itself, the US FCC has taken the Galaxy Note 9’s S pen with model number EJ-PN960) through a full battery of wireless tests because it’s a 2.4GHz Bluetooth LE device. Samsung’s S pen over the years has to be in a very close proximity to the screen of the host Galaxy phone or tablet, updating the accessory with Bluetooth support could usher in an S pen with a whole lot of feature and functions, as is been rumored.

Though neither the FCC nor Samsung has told us what benefit the Bluetooth support could be to the user and the Note 9, there are rumors that with the upgrade, the S pen could be used as camera shutter button as well for music playback control on your device.
Samsung has already issued press invites for its Galaxy unpacked event 2018, scheduled for August 9th in New York City where the Galaxy Note 9 and possibly other device could be unveiled. The said date is barely a month away, however, we do not expect the rumor mill to be mutein churning more details until the device goes official.
