Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite Listed On AliExpress Ahead Of Its Official Launch


While we still await the official launch of Xiaomi’s second Android One phone, Xiaomi Mi A2, there is some interesting news regarding this device. First, a Lite version of this device popped out of nowhere and while some are still trying to verify the authenticity of the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, this smartphone has already been listed on AliExpress with a $189.99/$209.99 price tag which is far cheaper than speculated. Xiaomi will hold an event in Spain on July 24th where it is expected to release this the Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite. The specs of this smartphone have been speculated, and the listing specs are in harmony with the earlier leaks.

The Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite is powered by a Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor clocking 2.0GHz coupled with 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage which can be expanded via a microSD card. It is equipped with a 5.84-inch Full HD+ display which has a resolution of 2228 x 1080 pixel. In the camera department, this device comes with a dual rear camera setup which has a 12MP+5MP setup which has AI features and is compatible with 4K video recording. For selfies, we have another 5MP AI assisted shooter with AI Portrait and AI Smart Beauty features. Well, we all know that this smartphone will run on Android One out-of-the-box and its lights will be kept on by a 4,000mAh battery.

As per the listing on AliExpress, this smartphone is available in Black and Gold but rumors have it that there will be a blue variant. Estimated delivery time on AliExpress is no less than 35 days rising to 85 days for some regions. This is certainly not official but we will get to know how real this listing is in a few days.
