The Meizu X8 is expected to launch alongside the Meizu 16 series flagships. The X8 will be the most affordable of the three smartphones. The latest leak takes us closer to the X8’s notch.
The X8 is going to be Meizu’s first phone with a notched display according to a previous report. The notch on this one, while minimal, will still be wide. As compared to brands like Vivo, the notch here is wide but not as wide as the iPhone X’s. Since this phone is not going to be a flagship, the presence of 3D facial recognition is out of the question. We know that the Meizu X8 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset, currently, the favourite amongst manufacturers looking for a good price-to-performance ratio.
