Around a week ago, HOMTOM officially launched their first take on the top notch design trend with their HOMTOM H10. The smartphone was launched with a starting price of $169.99, but now, as presales begin, the H10 does instead go for $159.99 over at Tomtop. Let’s kick things off with the obvious selling point for the HOMTOM H10, its 5.85-inch 720*1512 HD+ top notched display with an aspect ratio of 18.9:9. As we’ve all learned in the last months, this slimmer display ratio makes the phone narrower overall and thus easier to hold with one hand.
The good looking device is then powered by a Mediatek octa-core processor, paired with 4GB of RAM and a 64GB of internal storage (expandable to 128GB). HOMTOM’s H10 comes with a 16MP + 2MP rear dual camera setup which should be able to produce photos with a shallow depth of field. At the front, we instead find an 8MP selfie snapper by OV.

The smartphone features a metallic middle frame, a side-placed fingerprint scanner and packs a good sized 3500mAh battery. Other specs include Dual 4G VoLTE connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0, Dual Band WiFi, USB Type-C 3.0 and it runs Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, with the Face ID feature built-in into the phone.
