Google Disses Mac and Windows in Their New Chromebook Ad

Chrome OS

While Samsung is busy dissing Apple before their Galaxy Note 9 launch, Google is not far behind. The tech behemoth posted an ad on YouTube to herald the arrival of new Chromebooks. The ad takes a good case of the macOS and Windows. Like I have said before, these ads are fun to watch. The ad highlights the drawbacks of the existing mainstream operating systems and how a Chromebook comes with none of those issues. Points to Google for being creative!

Gizchina News of the week

Chrome OS is generally considered to be just a browser. The ad demonstrates how it is much more than that. Chromebooks have been largely adopted by educational institutions, but they are yet to reach the general public. It is evident from the ad that Google wants to change the perception around the Chrome OS. Chrome OS is such an operating system that runs pretty much on any kind of hardware and offer great battery life. Google has been constantly enriching the Chrome OS ecosystem, bringing in more and more features. Check out the ad below, and in case you miss it, there’s official support for PUBG on Chrome OS.
