The Oppo F9 and F9 Pro are all set to be unveiled on August 15 in Vietnam. There are a few teasers by Oppo that have revealed the minimalist notch design. The design and looks of the phone are anything but a surprise. Folks at 91Mobiles got their hands on the spec sheet of the upcoming F9 Pro.

According to their sources, the F9 Pro will sport a 6.3-inch IPS LCD display with a 2280 x 1080p resolution and Gorilla Glass on top. The internals includes the MediaTek Helio P60 chipset coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage (expandable up to 256GB). As we know from the promotional posters, there will be a dual camera setup on the back. It will consist of two 16MP snappers while the front will have a 25MP shooter. It’s safe to assume that this phone will be focussed on the selfie-centric crowd. Powering the phone will be a 3400mAh battery with support for VOOC fast charging (Oppo’s proprietary fast charging tech). Dual SIm support is a part of the package as is 4G LTE.
The Oppo F9 Pro will be launched alongside the Oppo F9 on 15 August. Currently, the specs of the F9 are still a mystery but it will likely sport less beefy specs as compared to the F9 Pro.
