AllCall S1 Screen: The Dual Glass Coating makes it Tougher than You’d Think

As some of you will probably remember, AllCall’s previous budget-phone – the AllCall Rio – was known for having a tougher than average screen. That was due to the thick 1.8mm triple-layer glass coating the company put over the phone’s screen.

That, protected the screen from getting damaged when being dropped down from 1.5 meters of height, smashed by a hammer or even crushed by a car. As we can see in the video below:

So, when it comes to screen toughness, AllCall knows a thing or two. Which is great news as the upcoming AllCall S1 has been touted to be coming with the same technology. Actually, an improved one, with AllCall claiming it’ll be 20% harder to break while being 30% slimmer, a win for everybody.

This means that whether you are a careless person who often breaks his/her phone, or you are the outdoorsy kind of guy who’ll inevitably give the phone a tough life, you could somewhat stop worrying as the AllCall S1 should survive most stress scenarios with ease.
