Three variants of a Xiaomi made device believed to be the Xiaomi Mi 8X with the M1808D2TE, M1808D2TT and M1808D2TC have now surfaced on China’s 3C for the pre-requisite approval, which in itself suggests the device could be making its official debut soon.

The 3C listing does not reveal anything about the specs, however, previous reports suggest we could be getting a Mi 8X with an in-display fingerprint sensor with the SD 710 humming beneath it. It is expected too to retain the base Mi 8 design featuring a vertically aligned dual rear cameras, while it will be stuffed with a 3000mAh battery.

Xiaomi hasn’t confirmed the existence or not of the Mi 8X, so there are currently no official words on its launch date, but having bagged 3C certifications in China, we are likely to see Xiaomi release the device in a couple of days.
